On my index page you saw two separate marquees. One alternating,
and the other scrolling. Below, you will see the code for the scrolling marquee on that page.
To make an alternating marquee, just replace the word "scroll" with the word "alternate" in the code.
Also, you will see the message in the code that I have on my index page. Just replace that with
your own message.
